Omg, this is what I've been doing wrong my whole life!!

Uh oh! Like the true self-help addict I am, I had to read this the second I saw the summary. Turns out Gefen knows exactly what I've been doing wrong my whole life **facepalm**. I haven't finished reading it yet, but I've already found myself thinking about plenty of ways I've misused the self help ideas I've learned in the past.
This book is NOT a summary of all the stuff you've read before, and NOT a stepping stone to selling more books (or conventions or webinars). Self-contained in a short, 2-3 hour read, here's some real advice for the real world in which we live.
I'll try to update this review in a few months to see if it all sticks, but I've got to say.... This one is different: more real, more empowering, more feasible than most of the stuff I've read before. :)
LOVING THIS!!

Open and vulnerable. Shares how to turn struggles into triumphs.

I discovered Daniel Gefen through his podcast. He's incredibly open and vulnerable. In this book he shares parts of his life authors rarely do. He also shares simple actions you can take to grow as he did. His use of "Addict" isn't bad -- that is, he shows how and why he relates to those parts of him and makes them work *for* him. If you're on a path of improving your life, Gefen will give direction, milestones, laughter, and himself.

Stand out book. You won't be disappointed.

One of the best that takes a few shots at other more useless books. Very much a help if you feel like you're still missing something in life.

I'm not even doing the book Justice but I'm recommending it to friends.

And I can honestly say this can be used as best sales book for me personally

Daniel,

I’m only up to page 80, and I can honestly say this can be used as best sales book for me personally. This is helping me so much just understand how I can help people get past their own BS when objecting by some of your amazing pointers. God Bless, thank you for this book. Going to read 2-3 more times. 💪🏼😎😁

Excellent book

Really gets to the heart of things, feels very authentic. I’d recommend it to anyone who spends waaaayyy too much time consuming self help...like myself.
